What do you have access to as a founding member?
Our 72 acre paradise will begin development in late 2026. Founding members will have access to all amenities that are initially developed as well as any future development. This will be a water-skiers paradise while providing plenty more to do on and off the water.

Development and Site Plans
Development is scheduled to begin in late 2026 on our 72-acre riverfront property in Central Texas. The first phase focuses on creating an exclusive watersports destination unlike anything else in Texas.
Initial construction will include our professionally designed slalom waterski lake, river tubing access, parking, boat storage, and the infrastructure needed to welcome our founding members.
As development progresses, additional amenities will continue to transform Sunlake Recreation into a destination where you can spend your years enjoying life on and off the water.
